Our semi-private training program is for those who want to dial in on their goals with extra accountability, custom programming, and custom nutrition. Our FOCUS program has no more than 3 people per session so that you get individualized attention with a community feel. We will walk with you every step of the way to help you reach your goals!

This option is great for anyone brand new to fitness and nutrition. We’ll help you establish a routine, kickstart a meal plan, and find a rhythm here at CFEP that you can count on.
3 Classes per Week
Our most recommended option, with 3 classes, nutrition, and our highly trained coach holding you accountable, you see results and reach your goals faster than you can read this description.

Small Group Training is Focused on YOU and YOUR goals. With just 1 to 2 others in your sessions, Coach Olivia will be able to provide a more personalized experience in person, aw well as during Nutrition Coaching and Athlete Accountability.

Absolutely! Our 2x/week option breaks down to $62 per session, and the 3x/week option further reduces the cost to $58 per session. Both are less than half the price of a regular Personal Training session, but unlike the PT sessions, FOCUS includes Nutrition Coaching as well as Athlete Accountability.

The hardest part of any routine or habit is not only developing it, but sticking to it. Life is inevitably going to happen and sometimes we need someone in our corner holding us accountable to our goals and commitments we’ve made to ourselves! Not only will the accountability come into play the hours you’re in the gym with Olivia, but you’ll have 246 access to her during the hours you’re not in the gym. Whether that is reaching out to her if you’re having trouble finding the motivation to get to the gym, having questions about nutrition, celebrating wins, or needing that extra level of reassurance in moments of weakness, Olivia will there every step of the way. You’ll have weekly check ins, monthly in person check ins, as well as seeing her during sessions multiple times throughout the week.

There simply is not a one size fits all plan when it comes to nutrition. Olivia is a firm believer in balance and fueling yourself to feel your best. Nutrition is where the magic happens! This is a custom plan specific to YOU and what YOUR goals are. She meets you where you are nutrition wise, educates, and tailors a sustainable plan that works for you (including dietary restrictions or preferred styles of eating). Whether your goal is to feel better, get stronger, or lose weight, you’ll work together with a plan that works for you.
