FAQs

What if I’ve never done CrossFit before?

No problem! We accept all fitness levels and are happy to help find the right program for you. If you’ve never done CrossFit or it's been a while and you want a refresher, we offer “Elements” sessions. These are one-on-one training sessions to introduce our fundamental movements. Each session will consist of a teaching portion followed by a workout to drill the movements and get you ready for class.

Do you have a CrossFit kids program?

Yes! Our fun fitness courses are for kids between ages 5 and 13, and are taught by our wonderful in house ER doc and CrossFit coach, Dr. Luke. For more details and course schedules, head to our KIDS tab up above.

How do I know if this gym is right for me?

By coming in for your free intro session! In addition to working out one-on-one with a coach, we’ll talk about your fitness goals, tour the space, meet our coaches, grab a complimentary coffee, and answer all your questions we’re sure you’ve got!

How clean is the gym?

Very! We take a lot of pride in keeping our space clean and tidy.

Our protocol includes:

Daily sanitization, regular deep cleaning of floors and mats, consistent upkeep of machines and equipment, and four air purifiers throughout the gym to keep your lungs happy and healthy.

Will I fit in?

Absolutely! Our coaches and members are a widely diverse group of individuals from all walks of life. We guarantee that you will be accepted, included, and made to feel welcome, heard, and appreciated in this space. This is also why we think our Free Intro is great to start with. It’s no pressure and we want you to feel safe and comfortable in the space.

Is there parking?

While we don’t have a designated lot for parking, the streets surrounding us offer enough spaces for everyone (and then some)! To request our parking map with detailed information about meters and parking times, click CONTACT US and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
